Growing Journals

These growing journals follow real plants through their entire journey — from day-to-day care to ongoing growth, flowering, and shaping. Each journal tracks a single variety and documents light levels, temperature, watering, fertilizing, pruning, repotting, and pest and disease management.

These are not highlight reels. Alongside new growth, flower buds, and peak blooms, each journal also records yellowing leaves, leaf drop, leggy growth, failure to flower, post-transplant recovery, and other challenges. We explain what action we took in each situation and how the plant responded afterward.

Use these records as practical guidance for observation and experimentation rather than fixed rules — every growing environment is different.
